"Offline" means that you are not connected to the Internet and are running Qasper on your desktop or notebook computer in a completely self-contained manner. Qasper Offline works identically to Qasper online, except that your desktop or notebook computer houses both Qasper Office (the web-based application) and Qasper's web server and database. In this manner, you can use Qasper without an Internet connection.
